Issuer: Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Prequalification of eligible firms/contractors for an Open Framework Agreement for repair and maintenance works at Ministry offices in R-Block and Cabinet Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Agreement duration: 12 months.
Eligibility: Firms must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List with offices in R-Block and Cabinet Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Applicants may apply for one or more categories; eligibility and technical qualification will be assessed separately for each category. Vendors not yet registered may register at EPADS.
Application and documents: Prequalification documents and submission are available through EPADS v2.0. Electronic submission on EPADS v2.0 is required; manual submission will not be accepted. Relevant links: EPADS portal and Ministry website for the notice and documents.
