Scope: The framework contract covers supply of office tables, workstations, executive/managerial tables, office and visitor chairs, cabinets, storage units, conference tables, side/center tables and other furniture items as specified in the bidding documents.
Important conditions: Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the prescribed deadline. Bidders must meet all eligibility, qualification, technical, financial and documentary requirements. The framework contract does not guarantee any minimum quantity; orders will be placed as and when required by PLIC. All applicable taxes, duties, transportation, delivery, installation and associated costs will be borne by the bidder. PLIC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and the bidding documents.
