Tender: Procurement of Furniture Items through Framework Contract — Punjab Life Insurance (PLIC/PROC/2026/11)

Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC) invites electronic bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers for the procurement of furniture items through a 12-month framework contract. Tender Reference: PLIC/PROC/2026/11. Date of issuance: 24 September 2026.

Scope includes supply of office tables, workstations, executive/managerial tables, office and visitor chairs, cabinets, storage units, conference tables, side/center tables and other furniture items as specified in the Bidding Documents. Detailed specifications, estimated requirements, evaluation criteria, delivery conditions and terms are available in the Bidding Documents on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Important conditions: Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by the prescribed deadline. Bidders must meet eligibility, qualification, technical, financial and documentary requirements. The framework contract does not guarantee any minimum quantity or procurement value. All applicable taxes, duties, transportation, delivery, installation and associated costs shall be dealt with as specified in the Bidding Documents. PLIC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and the Bidding Documents.
