Punjab Life Insurance: Tender for Procurement of Furniture Items (Framework Contract) – Tender Ref. PLIC/PROC/2026/11

Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited invites electronic bids from eligible and legally registered manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers for the procurement of furniture items through a 12‑month framework contract.

Scope of Procurement: Supply of office furniture including office tables, workstations, executive/managerial tables, office and visitor chairs, cabinets, storage units, conference tables, side/center tables and other furniture items as specified in the Bidding Documents.

Important Conditions:

• Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e‑Procurement System by the prescribed deadline.
• Bidders must meet eligibility, qualification, technical, financial and documentary requirements as per the Bidding Documents.
• The Framework Contract does not guarantee any minimum quantity or procurement value.
• All applicable taxes, duties, transportation, delivery, installation and other associated costs shall be dealt with as specified in the Bidding Documents.
• PLIC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and the Bidding Documents.
