| Share Transfer Book Closure | Books will remain closed from 09 October 2026 to 16 October 2026 (both days inclusive). Transfers received by the Share Registrar by close of business on 08 October 2026 will be treated in time for attending the AGM and dividend entitlement, if approved. |
| Virtual Participation & Video Conference | Members residing in a different city may request to participate via video link. Requests must be sent at least 7 days prior to the AGM. For virtual participation and details provide requested particulars by email to [email protected].
