Punjab Life Insurance Tender: Procurement of Office Furniture (Framework Contract) - bids by 2026-10-12

Issuer: Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC). Tender Reference No: PLIC/PROC/2026/11. Date of issuance: 2026-09-24. PLIC invites electronic bids from eligible and registered manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers for the procurement of furniture items through a Framework Contract in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Scope: The Framework Contract shall cover supply of office tables, workstations, executive/managerial tables, office and visitor chairs, cabinets, storage units, conference tables, side/center tables and other furniture items as specified in the Bidding Documents. Items will be ordered as and when required by PLIC.

Important conditions: Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by the prescribed deadline. Bidders must meet eligibility, qualification, technical, financial and documentary requirements. The Framework Contract does not guarantee any minimum quantity or procurement value. All applicable taxes, duties, transportation, delivery, installation and other associated costs shall be handled as specified in the Bidding Documents. PLIC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and the Bidding Documents.
