Punjab Life Insurance Tender: Procurement of Furniture Items through Framework Contract (PLIC/PROC/2026/11)

Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited invites electronic bids for the procurement of furniture items through a framework contract. Bidders must submit proposals via the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and the Bidding Documents.

Scope of procurement includes supply of office tables, workstations, executive/managerial tables, office and visitor chairs, cabinets, storage units, conference tables, side/center tables and other furniture items as specified in the Bidding Documents.

Important conditions: bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the prescribed deadline; bidders must meet eligibility, qualification, technical, financial and documentary requirements; the Framework Contract does not guarantee any minimum quantity or procurement value; all applicable taxes, duties, transportation, delivery, installation and other associated costs shall be dealt with as specified in the Bidding Documents; PLIC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and the Bidding Documents.
