Punjab Life Insurance: Tender for Procurement of Furniture Items (Framework Contract) – Ref PLIC/PROC/2026/11

Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC) invites electronic bids from eligible and registered manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers for the procurement of furniture items through a framework contract in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Scope of procurement includes supply of office furniture such as office tables, workstations, executive/managerial tables, office and visitor chairs, cabinets, storage units, conference tables, side/center tables and other furniture items as specified in the Bidding Documents.

Important conditions: Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by the prescribed deadline. Bidders must fulfill eligibility, qualification, technical, financial and documentary requirements stated in the bidding documents. All applicable taxes, duties, transportation, delivery, installation and other associated costs shall be dealt with as specified in the bidding documents. PLIC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and the Bidding Documents.
