MES Tender — Provision of Misc. Facilities, Repair & Utility Services (ACE A, 10 Corps Rawalpindi)

Office of ACE (A) 10 Corps Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for provision of miscellaneous facilities, construction, repair & maintenance works, term contracts and electric/water supply services for CMES (A) at JMR Rawalpindi.

Key requirements and conditions:

- Applicants must submit applications for issuance of tender documents with complete credentials; tender documents will only be issued to firms with sufficient relevant experience.

- Contractors must provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in litigation with any government department and that no adverse report from the Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi) is outstanding.

- Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply.

- Only contractors on the MES approved list in categories A, B, C or D and having relevant experience should apply; firms not on the approved list must furnish details of works executed in the last two years and those in hand using the prescribed proforma.

- Contractors may be present at the time of opening of tenders. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per applicable PPRA rules.
