Key instructions: Bids must be submitted online through EPADS with separate clearly marked envelopes for Technical and Price proposals (Technical and Price bids). Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bidders must quote percentage above or below for schedule items and item rates for non-schedule items. Scanned bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal and the original bank instrument (bank draft/pay order/CDR) in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad, must reach the office before the closing date and time.
Documents & submission: Bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded via eprocure.gov.pk. The tender notice is also available at www.sports.gov.pk and on the PPRA website. Applications must be submitted through EPADS with complete technical and financial information as per instructions to bidders.
Mandatory requirements: Firms must meet evaluation criteria in the bidding documents; provide proof of valid NTN and Sales Tax registration and firm listed on ATL; submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body; and submit one hard copy of the technical proposal as uploaded on EPADS. Price bids of unsuccessful bidders will be returned unopened. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site to understand field conditions.
