Tender: Revamping & Refurbishment of Facilities, Pakistan Sports Complex Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination) invites bids through EPADS from reputed contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the revamping and refurbishment of different facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. Work includes supply, installation, testing & commissioning of electrical works, lighting, internal & external allied works at Liaquat Gymnasium, Snooker Hall, Hamidi Hall, Roshan Khan Squash Court, Rondu Hall, Amir Khan Boxing Academy, Hockey Stadium outer track & external works, and related substation works.

Mandatory requirements include meeting evaluation criteria in bidding documents, proof of valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax registration and ATL, affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted, and bid security/earnest money in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR issued in favor of Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal and the original must be submitted before the closing date. One hard copy of the technical proposal (not financial) corresponding to the uploaded EPADS submission must be provided. Envelopes of Price Bids of bidders who fail to qualify will be returned unopened. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules 2004.
