Tender: HVAC Supply, Installation & Commissioning for Amir Khan Boxing Academy and Hamidi Hall — Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination). Invitation to submit bids for revamping and refurbishment of different facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad — specifically supply, installation, testing and commissioning of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) for Amir Khan Boxing Academy and Hamidi Hall.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage–Two Envelope. One envelope must contain the Technical Bid; the second envelope must contain the Price Bid.

- Bidders must submit applications through the EPADS/eprocure portal (eprocure.gov.pk). Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.

- Documents required: proof of valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax registration and listing on ATL; affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted; bid security/earnest money in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.

- Technical proposal (hard copy) must also be submitted where required and the scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded to EPADS. The original bid security must reach the undersigned before the closing date/time.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 10:30 hours.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions.
