How to apply: Bid documents must be downloaded and uploaded through EPADS at http://epprocure.gov.pk. Tender notice is also available on Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA website. Applications and bids must be submitted via EPADS only; manual submission will not be accepted.
Key conditions: Firms must meet evaluation criteria in bidding documents; submit proof of valid NTN, Sales Tax registration and ATL listing; provide an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper that the firm is not blacklisted; furnish bid security (bank draft/pay order/CDR in favor of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad) and upload a scanned copy with the technical proposal; submit one hard copy of the technical proposal as uploaded on EPADS; pre-bid meeting scheduled for 2026-10-08 at 10:30 hours; price bids of unsuccessful bidders will be returned unopened; competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
