Bidding documents must be submitted through the EPADS/e-procurement system (eprocure.gov.pk). Tender documents and bid submission instructions are also available on Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA portal. Manual/late submissions will not be entertained.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 10:30 hours. Bid security/earnest money must be provided in the form of bank draft, pay order or CDR issued from the bank account of the firm in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and provide proof of NTN, sales tax registration and ATL status. Affidavit on non-judicial stamp confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body is required.
