Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad invites bids through EPADs from reputed contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (registration valid up to 2027-06-30) for revamping and refurbishment works at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. Bids will follow a Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure; technical and financial proposals must be submitted via EPADs.

Important dates and instructions: Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 10:30 hours. Bidding documents and tender details can be downloaded from eprocure.gov.pk; the notice is also available on the Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA website. Earnest money must be submitted as bank draft / pay order / CDR in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. One hard copy of the technical proposal (as uploaded on EPADs) must be submitted; scan copy of bid security shall also be uploaded. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
Eligibility and documentation: Firms must be registered with PEC in the relevant categories and provide proof of NTN, Sales Tax registration and firm on ATL, affidavit regarding non-blacklisting, and other documents as required in bidding documents. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules 2004.
