Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Revamping & Refurbishment of Facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. Scope: Revamping and refurbishment of different facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad including supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical works and lights (internal & external) along with allied works at Jinnah Stadium, and supply, installation, testing and commissioning of security surveillance system.

Key requirements and instructions:

- Eligible firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant categories valid up to 30 June 2027.

- Bidding documents are available for download and upload at http://eprocure.gov.pk and PSB website (www.sports.gov.pk). Applications must be submitted through EPADS; manual submissions will not be entertained.

- Bidders must quote percentage above or below for schedule items. One envelope shall contain the Technical Bid (clearly marked) and the second envelope the Price Bid (clearly marked).

- Bid security/earnest money must be furnished in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR issued in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. A scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal and the original must reach the undersigned before the closing date/time.

- Mandatory documents include NTN and Sales Tax registration, ATL proof, and an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper that the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 10:30 hours.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions.
