Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad invites bids through E-PADS from PEC-registered contracting firms for revamping and refurbishment of various facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. Bidding will follow a Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure.

Key instructions: Bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded from eprocure.gov.pk. The tender notice is also available on Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA portal. Complete information including technical and financial proposals must be submitted through E-PADs; manual submission will not be entertained. The bid security/earnest money shall be in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. Envelope labelled "Price Bid" must contain the financial proposal.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 13:00 hours. One copy of only technical proposal (not financial) in hard form must also be uploaded on E-PADS as required. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules 2004.
