Issuer: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantt). The Board invites electronic bids through the E-PADS V2.0 portal under a Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure for execution of original works during the Financial Year 2026–2027. Eligible, reputable, and experienced firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council, the Federal Board of Revenue and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List may participate.
Key submission details: E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS V2.0 on or before 2026-10-22 at 13:00. Bids will be opened the same day at 13:30.
