AN Textile Mills Limited announces its 45th Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Company’s registered office at 35 K.M. Sheikhupura Road, Faisalabad. The meeting will consider ordinary business including confirmation of minutes of the last AGM, receipt and adoption of the audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026 along with Directors’ and Auditors’ reports, appointment and remuneration of auditors, and any other business with the permission of the Chair.
