Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination) invites bids through EPADs from reputed contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for revamping and refurbishment of various facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

Key conditions and submission instructions:
- Bids must be submitted via EPADs (eprocure.gov.pk). Tender documents also available on Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA website.
- Under the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure, one envelope must contain the technical information clearly marked “Technical Bid” and the second envelope must contain the priced bid (Price Bid).
- Bid security/earnest money must be submitted in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR issued from the bank account of the firm in favor of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.
- Mandatory documents include firm profile, proof of valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax registration and ATL status, affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper attested that the firm has not been blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.
- One copy of the technical proposal (hard copy) as uploaded on EPADS shall be submitted. The scan copy of bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal and the original must be submitted to the undersigned before closing date/time.
- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 10:30 hours.
- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules 2004.
