Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (P.E.C) in the relevant categories and submit bids through EPADS by the stipulated closing time. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 10:30 hrs. Bid security (earnest money) must be provided in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad as specified in the bidding documents. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules 2004.
