A bank is recruiting Relationship Manager (Female) positions (OG-III) for retail banking roles covering Conventional and Islamic banking. The role reports to the Team Leader and focuses on deposit growth, cross‑selling banking products, customer acquisition and retention, and managing liability portfolios.

Main duties include achieving monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for account opening, deposit growth and consumer financing; conducting daily customer/market visits for new and existing customers; managing and growing customer portfolios; leveraging prior experience for liability solutions; resolving customer queries professionally; activating dormant accounts and supporting digital/ATM/Tail accounts deepening; preparing MIS/business reports; ensuring compliance with banking laws, instructions and audit requirements; and maintaining service quality standards.
