Islamabad Club invites applications for the position of Head of Internal Audit to lead the Club’s internal audit function and provide objective assurance on governance, risk management and internal controls. The role reports to the Finance & Audit Committee and is based at Islamabad Club, Murree Road, Islamabad.

| Key Responsibilities | Develop and execute a risk-based annual internal audit plan; conduct financial, operational, compliance and IT audits across all Club departments including F&B, rooms, stores, sports, golf and events; evaluate internal controls, SOPs and delegation of financial powers; review procurement, vendor contracts, payroll and membership receivables; conduct surprise inspections, stock takes and cash counts; investigate irregularities; monitor compliance with constitution, by-laws and applicable laws; report findings to the Finance & Audit Committee; coordinate with external auditors and lead the Internal Audit team in line with IIA standards. |
| Qualifications | Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, ACMA or CPA mandatory. MBA (Finance) from an HEC-recognized university is desirable. |
| Experience | Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in internal audit, risk or assurance, with at least 5 years as Head of Internal Audit / Chief Internal Auditor or equivalent. Experience in hospitality, a members' club or not-for-profit organization and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Opera) preferred. |
