Expression of Interest: Peshawar–D.I. Khan Motorway (360 km) — PPP Prequalification for Segments 2, 5 & 7

Issuer: Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — Project Directorate, Provincial Expressways, Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA), Peshawar.

PKHA invites interested private parties, joint ventures and consortia to submit Prequalification (PQ) applications for development of the remaining three segments of the controlled-access, 4‑lane (2+2) Peshawar–D.I. Khan Motorway (approx. 360 km) on a Public‑Private Partnership (PPP) Build‑Operate‑Transfer (BOT) basis. The successful concessionaire will be responsible for financing, designing, constructing, insuring, operating, managing, improving and maintaining the project and transferring it to PKHA at the end of the concession period.

PQ documents are available for each segment from PKHA during office hours against a non‑refundable fee of PKR 5,000 (US$20) per segment, or may be downloaded from the PKHA and PDPE websites.

Deadline for submission of PQ applications: 2026-11-05 till 15:30 hours. PKHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all PQ applications with cogent reasons.
