Document purchase & submission: Tender documents can be purchased up to one day before the opening date from 1100 to 1230 hours on working days. Local bidders must provide valid Sales Tax registration, Income Tax and latest Professional Tax certificates along with the request for purchase of tender documents. Tender fee and bid security: Tender fee (for International Tenders) is Rs. 2,500 (non-refundable) payable by Pay order/Demand Draft in favor of SNGPL. Amount of Bid Security is 2% of the estimated value (excluding GST) as mentioned in tender documents.
Submission & opening: Tenders close at 14:30 hours and will be opened at 15:00 hours on the dates specified for each tender. Local tenders must be submitted on EPADS and an original/duplicate set of the bid quoted on EPADS along with the original bid bond must be submitted on or before the closing time/date of the tender enquiry.
