The National Archives of Pakistan (Attach Department, Cabinet Division) has reserved funds for FY 2026-27 and invites proposals for consultancy services from qualified engineering/architectural firms for evaluation of BOQs, museum curation, construction supervision and validation of completed works relating to NAP buildings at Islamabad and Karachi. Procurement will follow a Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection; eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0.
All proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0. Submission deadline: 2026-07-28 at 12:00 PM, with proposals opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
