Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. Pakistan Sports Board invites bids through EPADS from reputed contracting firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (P.E.C.) in the relevant categories (registration valid up to 2027-06-30) for the revamping and refurbishment of various facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

Submission and eligibility: Applications and bids must be submitted through EPADS (eprocure.gov.pk). Tender documents are downloadable from the e-procurement portal and information is also available at Pakistan Sports Board (www.sports.gov.pk). Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. The bidder must quote percentage above or below schedule/item rates for non-schedule items.
Mandatory conditions and notes:
| 1. | Firm must meet the evaluation criteria listed in the bidding documents. |
| 2. | Provide valid NTN, Sales Tax registration and firm ATL proof. |
| 3. | Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper duly attested stating the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body. |
| 4. | Bid security/earnest money shall be in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR issued from the bank account of the firm in favor of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad; a scanned copy must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal and the original submitted to the undersigned before closing date/time. |
| 5. | One copy of technical proposal (hard form) shall be uploaded on EPADS. In case of difference, documents uploaded on EPADS shall prevail. |
| 6. | Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 10:30 hours. |
| 7. | Envelopes of Price Bids of bidders who fail to qualify shall be returned unopened. |
| 8. | The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules 2004. |
| 9. | Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions. |
