Islamabad Club invites applications for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) on a three-year contract (extendable for two years). The COO will report to the CEO and will be based in Islamabad.

| Experience | Minimum 15 years of hospitality operations experience, including at least 5 years in a senior role (e.g., COO, Resident/General Manager, Director Operations). Proven record managing F&B, rooms and recreational operations in a five-star hotel, premier club or resort. |
Key responsibilities include directing day-to-day operations across dining, accommodation, sports, golf and event facilities; translating strategy into operational plans, KPIs and measurable service standards; managing club events, functions and member activities; optimizing processes, inventory and resource utilization; ensuring health, safety and regulatory compliance; overseeing maintenance of facilities, grounds and equipment; leading and coaching departmental heads and monitoring performance against targets.
Terms and benefits include contractual appointment on a fixed-term basis, attractive market-competitive compensation and benefits including Club privileges. The contract may be extended subject to satisfactory performance; the position is contractual and not regularizable.
