National Bank of Pakistan is hiring Relationship Managers (Female) to join Retail Banking. Candidates will be responsible for acquiring and growing retail/deposit portfolios, achieving sales targets, cross-selling banking products and maintaining high service standards across assigned branches.

| Key Skills & Expertise | Sales management, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in field-based environment with frequent market visits, target-oriented, self-motivated, knowledge of banking/products, strong verbal and written communication, proficiency in Windows & MS Office |
| Place of Posting | Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Rawalpindi and Sialkot |
Primary responsibilities include achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets (account opening, deposit growth, consumer financing), cross-selling deposit and insurance products, conducting customer/market visits, managing and growing assigned portfolios, activating dormant accounts, promoting digital channels and ATMs, participating in market contact drives and maintaining MIS/business reports. Candidates must ensure compliance with banking laws, audits and Shariah requirements at Islamic banking windows and follow bank SOPs. Selected candidates will be invited for test and/or panel interview. No TA/DA admissible for tests/interviews.
