Islamabad Club invites applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on a 3-year contract (extendable for 2 years). The CFO will report to the Chief Executive Officer and be based in Islamabad.

| Key Responsibilities | Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting; ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and laws; manage billing, subscriptions, receivables and recovery of outstanding dues; oversee cash flow, treasury and investments and banking relationships; establish and maintain internal controls across F&B, rooms, stores, sports and event revenues; ensure full tax compliance (income tax, sales tax, withholding); provide financial analysis and MIS reports to CEO, Finance Committee and Board; lead and supervise Finance & Accounts team. |
| Qualifications | Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, ACMA or CPA (mandatory). An MBA (Finance) from an HEC-recognized university is an additional advantage. |
| Experience | Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience with at least 5 years as CFO, Finance Director or Head of Finance. Experience in hospitality, members' clubs or not-for-profit organizations preferred. Experience with ERP/hospitality accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Opera) is desirable. |
| Terms & Benefits | Appointment on contract basis for 3 years; extension subject to satisfactory performance.
