Issuer: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Purpose: Procurement of works for the construction of SECP Head Office Building, Mauve Area G-11/1 Islamabad (Package -2A: Architecture, Electrical & Plumbing Works), funded from SECP reserved funds for FY 2026-27.
Bidding is electronic through EPADS v2.0 using Single Stage–Two Envelope and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must include a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft. Bid Securing Declaration is not acceptable as a substitute.
