Issuer: Pakistan Meteorological Department (Project Implementation Unit, Strengthening Hydromet and Climate Services) — World Bank financed Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP), Component‑II: Modernization of Hydromet Services (MHSP). Loan No./Grant No.: IDA‑73330.
Purpose: Request for Expressions of Interest (open international competition) to select four (4) individual consultants for the International Panel of Experts (IPEs) to support modernization of hydrometeorological and climate services.

| HPC (High‑Performance Computing Infrastructure) Expert — PK‑PMD‑414800‑CS‑INDV | Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Computational Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline | 10 years in planning, procuring and managing HPC infrastructure with direct responsibility for comparable operational HPC systems; two comparable projects |
Application instructions: Interested individual consultants should submit an Expression of Interest specifying the position and reference number, accompanied by a CV. A consultant may apply for more than one position but must submit a separate EOI and CV for each position. Selection will follow the World Bank "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" (November 2020) and World Bank policy on conflict of interest.
Submission deadline: EOIs must be submitted by e‑mail or in hard copy by 2026‑10‑26, 16:00 Pakistan Standard Time.
