Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) invites Expressions of Interest from qualified consulting firms to provide consulting services for the development of a Policy, Legal, Institutional & Operational Framework (PILOP) under the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) — Component II: Strengthening Hydromet and Climate Services / Modernization of Hydromet Services of PMD in Pakistan (MHSP). The assignment will support policy, legal, institutional and operational reform for PMD.
