Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination) invites bids through EPADS from reputed, PEC-registered contracting firms for the revamping and refurbishment of different facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

Bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded from http://eprocure.gov.pk. The tender notice is also available on Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA website. Applications and proposals must be submitted through EPADS with complete technical and financial proposals in accordance with the bidding instructions. Manual submissions of bids are not permitted.
Key conditions include: firms must meet evaluation criteria in the bidding documents; provide proof of valid NTN, Sales Tax registration and ATL registration; furnish an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper attesting that the firm is not blacklisted; submit bid security / earnest money in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR drawn in favor of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad; upload one copy of the technical proposal on EPADS and submit the original bid security before closing date and time. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal. Price bids of bidders who fail to qualify will be returned unopened. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site to understand field conditions.
