Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. Invitation for bids through EPADS from reputed contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (P.E.C.) in the relevant categories (registration valid up to 30 June 2027) for renovation works at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.
Scope: Revamping and refurbishment of different facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad (Shelving: civil, plumbing & fire-fighting works at Liaquat Gymnasium, Hamidi Hall, PSB Islamabad and Peshawar Centre).

How to apply: Bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded from http://eprocure.gov.pk. Tender notice is also available on www.sports.gov.pk and PPRA website. Applications must be submitted through EPADS with complete technical and financial proposals; manual submission of bids will not be entertained. The bid security/earnest money shall be in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR issued from the bank account of the firm in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.
Additional conditions: Firms must meet evaluation criteria in bidding documents, provide proof of NTN, sales tax registration and ATL firm status, submit affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper regarding blacklist status, and upload one copy of the technical proposal on EPADS. Envelopes of “Price Bid” of bidders who fail to qualify will be returned unopened. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/ all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
