Shortlisting / Eligibility Requirements
  • Legally registered national consulting firm with at least five (5) years of professional consulting experience.
  • Relevant experience in institutional reform, governance, public sector modernization or environmental governance.
  • At least two (2) completed contracts of similar scale and complexity; experience in hydromet / climate services will be accorded weightage.
  • Demonstrated technical capability in legal drafting, organizational restructuring, policy development and institutional strengthening.
  • Adequate logistical and managerial capacity to undertake the assignment.
  • Submission must include a letter of expression of interest signed by an authorized representative and documentation proving qualifications and relevant experience; shortlisted firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals.

Firms wishing to express interest should submit required documents in a sealed envelope to the address above by the stated deadline. Further information is available from the PIU during office hours.
