Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways. Purpose: Grant of lease rights for mix-use commercial development (shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, retail and factory outlets) on Pakistan Railways prime land through a single-stage, two-envelope sealed bid process against benchmark one-time (non-refundable) commitment fee and annual rental.
Eligibility & key terms: Firms, companies and individual bidders may apply. Lease period: 21 years (extendable for another 21 years). Annual increase in rent: 8% compounded. Mobilization period: 24 months from date of possession. Building construction to follow local construction bye-laws. Separate bid and bid security are required for each plot.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-09 at 14:00 at REDAMCO Head Office (attendance via Zoom available). Submission deadline: On or before 2026-10-19 at 14:00 at REDAMCO Head Office. Technical bid opening: 2026-10-19 at 14:30 at REDAMCO Head Office.
