M.E.S. Tender: Provision of Facilities at PAF Base — DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala

Military Engineer Services (DW&CE, PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for specified works at a PAF Base under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. Submission and opening will take place at HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala.

Eligibility & requirements: Firms must be registered with PEC in the relevant field and provide details of completed projects (work orders, locations, photos) along with satisfactory completion certificates. Contractors must furnish a certificate confirming they are not involved in litigation with any government department and comply with Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation requirements. Applicants must submit list of personnel, bank statements, NTN certificate and income tax returns for the last three years.

Enlistment & security: Firms enlisted with PSE in Category C-2 & above in the relevant field with validity at least to June 2027 may apply; MES enlistment is preferred. Non‑enlisted firms should provide 2% bid security (refundable).

Bid documents & submission: Procuring agency will make bidding documents available immediately after publication; cost of documents, if any, applies. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Bids will be received at HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala and opened on the same day.
