Institute of Space Technology (IST) invites e-bids from eligible firms/suppliers/contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the following procurements. Bidders must be registered on E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0 and comply with eligibility, qualification and authorization requirements in the bidding documents.

E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 by 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted. Bidding documents, specifications, terms, evaluation criteria and security requirements are available for download from EPADS 2.0, PPRA and IST websites (www.ist.edu.pk). E-bids will be opened electronically on 2026-10-15 at 12:30 PM.
Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and relevant PPRA regulations. IST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all e-bids in accordance with applicable rules. Any addendum or clarification will be published through EPADS/PPRA and IST's official website.
