National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites applications through EPADS v2.0 from firms registered on EPADS v2.0 for provision of non-consultancy services to act as the Independent Validation Agent / Firm for the Pakistan Skill Impact Bond (PSIB).
The Independent Validation Agent (IVA) will provide an independent verification mechanism to validate reported results and produce verification reports that trigger outcome payments. The IVA is responsible for examining objective evidence linked directly to payment triggers, such as verified training completion/certification, authentic job placements, and confirmed retention.
