The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites applications from eligible firms registered on EPADS v2.0 to hire an Independent Validation Agent (IVA) / firm for the Pakistan Skill Impact Bond (PSIB). The IVA will provide independent verification of reported outcomes and produce verification reports that trigger outcome payments.
