Institute of Space Technology e-Bids: AQMS Equipment, Lab Furniture, IT Infrastructure & Vehicle Modification — closing 2026-10-15

Issuer: Institute of Space Technology (public sector university). IST invites e-bids from eligible firms/suppliers/contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0 for the procurements listed below.

Submission details: E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 by 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM. E-bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual/physical bids shall not be accepted. Bidders must be registered with EPADS Version 2.0 and with FBR, and must comply with eligibility, qualification and authorization requirements specified in the bidding documents. Bidding documents, specifications, terms, evaluation criteria and other requirements are available for download from EPADS, PPRA and IST websites.

Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and PPRA regulations. Any corrigendum, amendment or clarification will be communicated through EPADS/PPRA and IST's official website.
