Key conditions: bids must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System. A call deposit (CDR) in the name of the Principal, Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital Rahim Yar Khan (refundable) shall be furnished in the form of CDR — payments through online payment mechanism/PSID. Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be applied in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid validity period is 180 days. All procurements will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
