The Ministry of Railways, Government of Pakistan, invites proposals through ePADS v2.0 from eligible individual legal consultants for provision of legal consultancy services on contract basis for a period of twelve (12) months.

Procurement information: Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure through ePADS v2.0. Total estimated cost PKR 7,000,000. Bid validity: 90 days. No monetary bid security; a prescribed Bid Securing Declaration must be submitted through ePADS v2.0. Evaluation method: QCBS (Technical 80%, Financial 20%). Contract period: Twelve (12) months (365 days). No interview.
Key dates and submission: Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-13 at 11:00 hours at Ministry of Railways, Islamabad. Deadline for submission on ePADS: 2026-10-23 at 10:00 hours. Date & time of opening: 2026-10-23 at 10:30 hours.
