How to obtain documents: Submit a written request on firm's letterhead with a bank draft/pay order for the specified tender fee in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Cash will not be accepted. Original bank draft must be received in the office one day before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is one day before the opening date.
Bid security: Tenders must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad.
Other conditions: Tenders received after the opening time will not be entertained. Tender validity must be 60 days from the date of opening. Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage.
