FGPC‑PGMI Islamabad Re‑tender for Electro‑Medical Equipment — Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Dental & Physiotherapy

Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad invites e‑bids for procurement of electro‑medical equipment under the PSDP project “Strengthening and Up‑Gradation of Cardiology and other Departments.” Bids will be received and opened through the e‑Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0).

Procurement method: Single Stage–Two Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). E‑bids only via EPADS v2.0; manual bids will not be accepted. All bids must include bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Bidders must upload required documents on EPADS (including undertakings on judicial paper and Pay Order/CDR) and submit originals in hard copy on the scheduled date and time at FGPC.

Registration & documents: Register and download bidding documents from EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. A tutorial for registration is available on the EPADS site.

Pre‑bid meeting: 2026-10-14 at 09:30 AM in the FGPC (PGMI) auditorium, Islamabad; only clarifications submitted via EPADS v2.0 will be considered.
