FGPC‑PGMI Islamabad Re-Tender: Electro‑Medical Equipment for Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Dental & Physiotherapy

Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad invites e-bids for re-tendering of electro-medical equipment for multiple departments under the PSDP project “Strengthening and Up-Gradation of Cardiology and other Departments”. Procurement will follow Public Procurement Rules using a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).

Key instructions and requirements:

- E-bids must be submitted online through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted.

- Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 prior to submission; a registration tutorial is available: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNW6T38v7Tc.

- All bids must include bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Copies of required documents must be uploaded on EPADS and originals submitted in hard copy at FGPC on the scheduled date/time.

- E-bids will be opened on Tuesday, 2026-10-27 at 10:00 AM via EPADS v2.0.

- A pre-bid meeting for clarifications/observations will be held on 2026-10-14 at 09:30 AM in the FGPC (PGMI) auditorium, Islamabad; only clarifications uploaded on EPADS v2.0 will be considered.

- Detailed bidding documents, terms, specifications and conditions are available on EPADS v2.0.

- The Executive Director reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with PPRA Rules.
