FGPC‑PGMI Islamabad Re-Tender for Electro‑Medical Equipment (Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Dental, Physiotherapy)

Federal Government Polyclinic (FGPC‑PGMI), Islamabad invites re-tenders for procurement of electro-medical equipment for various departments for financial years 2025‑26 & 2026‑27 under the PSDP project “Strengthening and Up‑Gradation of Cardiology and other Departments”.

Procurement procedure: Single Stage‑Two Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules and relevant PPRA guidelines. E‑bidding will be conducted on EPADS v2.0.

Submission requirements: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the Bidding Document, submitted in the Bid Security Section in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). E‑bidding documents, terms & conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e‑Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk.

Registration & submission: Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained. E‑bids will be opened on EPADS v2.0 on Tuesday, 27 October 2026 at 10:00 AM. A tutorial and registration guidance are available on the EPADS portal and linked resources.

Pre‑bid meeting: 2026-10-14 at 09:30 AM in the auditorium of FGPC (PGMI), Islamabad for clarification/observations of bidders. Only clarifications uploaded on EPADS v2.0 will be considered.
