  • Any other business with permission of the Chair.
Book Closure Share transfer books will remain closed from 2026-10-21 to 2026-10-28 (both days inclusive); no transfer will be accepted during this period.
Proxy & Submission Instrument of proxy must be received at the Company’s registered office not less than 48 hours before the meeting.
Video Conferencing / Virtual Attendance Shareholders wishing to participate via video link must register with the Company Secretary at least seven working days before the AGM by providing Name, CNIC, Folio/CNIC, Cell number and Email address. Login details will be emailed to registered shareholders.
