Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination — Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad invites bids from reputed contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (P.E.C.) for the revamping and refurbishment of various facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted through EPADS (eprocure.gov.pk) by the stated deadline. Tender documents are also available on PSB website (sports.gov.pk) and PPRA website.

Key conditions and submission instructions:
- Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant categories. Applications to be submitted via EPADS with complete technical and financial proposals. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
- Mandatory documents: proof of valid NTN, Sales Tax registration, firm on ATL, affidavit on non-judicial stamp confirming firm is not blacklisted, and bid security/earnest money in form of bank draft/pay order/CDR issued from firm’s bank account in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.
- One copy of the technical proposal (hard form) must be uploaded on EPADS and submitted as required. The scan copy of bid security shall be uploaded with the Technical Proposal; original must be submitted to the undersigned before closing date and time.
- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 10:30 hours.
- Envelopes containing the Price Bid of bidders who fail to qualify shall be returned unopened. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions.
